cholten99Foolish me - I thought we could turn up and see the whole thing in 4 or 5 hours. Turns out it's pretty big y'know - have to go back for more another day...
Meanwhile, the most interesting things I learnt on today's visit were that all kinds of cultures have flogged faked foreign goods to locals (Brits making Islamic stuff, Islamics doing Chinese, Chinese doing British) - that and about the Mamluks.
Oh, and say this lot...
